spent over 25 years in high-pressure corporate, nonprofit, and consulting environments, leading people and organizations through constant change. What she kept seeing — in her clients and eventually in herself — was the same pattern: smart, driven people quietly running on chronic stress, poor sleep, and mental fatigue. They were still performing, but it was coming at a cost.

Discovering Low-Energy Neurofeedback (LENS) had such a profound impact that she left her corporate career to build something around it.

Sara is a Level 2 LENS provider, trained directly through Ochs Labs, working at the intersection of brain health and human performance. Her work spans high-performers and executives under pressure, women navigating hormonal transitions and life stages, athletes, first responders, and organizations building sustainable performance into their culture.

Sara lives in the South Bay with her family and is a mom to two active boys. Outside of work, she’s most likely to be found at the beach or outdoors with family and friends. She’s also a big believer that we’re wired for connection—and that good conversation and a glass of wine with the people you love is time well spent.

Sara built Regenesis Neuro around a simple belief: people aren’t broken—they’re often under-supported. The goal isn’t to push harder; it’s to unlock a stronger, more confident, more resilient you.
